Thomas Nowak - Director
Mr. Nowak has almost four decades of experience in community programming, residential, day treatment, case management, and community support programming. Mr. Nowak is Psychotherapist and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He has been involved in several organizations over the years. He is currently a Board Member of the Disabilities Services Provider Network (DSPN) and continues to chair the Milwaukee Area Developmental Disabilities Services Association (MADDSA).
Mr. Nowak has a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Amy Nowak - Business Manager
Ms. Nowak has almost four decades of experience in the business world. She has experience ranging from Women's Clothing and Fashion, at Jack Winter and JH Collectibles to Recreational Vehicle and Industrial Truck parts and mirrors at Velvac, Inc.
She is currently a Board Member of Midwest Community Services, Inc. and serves as Treasurer and Secretary.
Ms. Nowak is in charge of Benefits, Employee Health and Dental Insurance, Human Resources, Workman's Compensation, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Ms. Nowak has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Lois Degner - Residential Case Coordinator
Ms. Degner has over four decades of experience in community programming, residential treatment and case management.
She is currently the Residential Case Coordinator of Midwest Community Services, Inc. and continues to be actively involved in Treatment Planning, Assessments, Community Programming, Recreation and Quality Assurance.
Ms. Degner has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
